Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

• Major Cities: 2–4 business days
• Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

• Flat Shipping Fee: PKR 200 on all orders.
• Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email (if applicable), allowing you to track your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make delivery attempts according to their policy. If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or the customer is unavailable, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
